• For physical cases, you can upload the RX or case information here, then use our Book a Pickup service or contact us directly to receive a prepaid shipping label.

Once your case is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent when your case is ready for dispatch, including the estimated delivery time (ETA).
